An fine impressed mark Turner pearlware comport/fruit stand and four plates. The comport with gilt edge and looping handles with a central printed design of a pastoral scene withing floral sprays (The Villagers Pattern), 32.5 cm wide, together with four plates with the same printed pattern,19cm dia, one with a chip, plus a large plate of same pattern lacking gilt edge. A fine blue and gilt  border part dessert service, 1 low comport, 1 raised tazza, 6 plates, gilt and pink rose decoration, each item in mint condition.  Made by William A Adderley & Co of Longton, Staffordshire, the printed mark was used between 1886 and 1905. An unusual early 19th century Caughley blue and gilt on white decorated kidney shaped dish painted with the Weir pattern with a Greek key and trellis border with gilt bands, c. 1800 27cm by 20.5 cm.
